Guest Access and Deliveries
The owner must notify the security gate to authorize a guest or vendor entrance into the property. Otherwise, they will need to wait at the entrance until the owner is contacted.
Trash Pick-up
Trash pick-up is on Monday and Friday. Due to the natural surroundings and animals that come with it, we ask you to please not put garbage out until the morning of the pickup. This pick-up is for household garbage only. To receive instructions on where to put your garbage when leaving midweek, contact the POA office.
Property Work Hours
Homes:
7:15 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.
Condominiums:
8:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.
Monday through Friday. Weekend and holiday work is only permitted with the prior approval of the POA General Manager. Work on Sunday is not permitted.
